Old Projects - The best place to find a new customer is your old customer list. We have a long one. In this area, as well as the next (New Projects), your ability to make contacts, build relationships, and qualify opportunities will be crucial. We have the team to close ANY real opportunity, because we are very good, and we never ever try to sell someone something they don't need.
New Projects - We want to focus on the highest-tech opportunities, because we have very technically qualified people, and because you can earn more $. Of course, we have tons of experience in accounting, and manufacturing, and retail, municipal management, military logistics, and a long list of other industries and areas. We can also assemble huge proteomic research databases, and nano-device designers, and even purely mathematical research tools. We simply have the tech.
Products - We have a large base of code and specific know-how (deep domain knowledge) ready to be turned into products. Wireless inventory tools, retail management, biz-to-biz tools. We have years of applications under our belts.
Venture Technology - When an investor decides to back a start-up company, they are called Venture Capitalists. We like to think of ourselves as Venture Technologists, because we are always looking for opportunities to work with the next great start-up in Silicon Valley and beyond. We have started companies in the past, and have extensive business-building resources, including capital sources, team builders, and all the other essentials for a 21st Century Silicon Valley start-up.
Partner Programs - We are highly qualified, and certified, Microsoft Partners. There is a huge world of resources available from other technology vendors, industry groups, research institutions, and industry leaders like Microsoft, to help us (you and Cygnusoft) succeed. We would like to expand into other key partnerships, and spend more effort developing the opportunities they can provide.
Ownership - We want you to find things that excite you, develop these opportunities, and take ownership in the result. There are many ways to do this, and we are talking about the most personally-vested ways possible. We will pay bonuses for projects, or make you a founder of some new business branch.
